This is a 3 bedroom apartment just 30 seconds min from the beach, cross a small road and you are there. And 15 min from the centre of town by bus, there is a bus to the centre every 5-10 min. The space 3 bedrooms (two of them with double bed and 1 with bunk beds with two single beds), living room and bedrooms with air conditioning (except one of the double rooms, which has a modern ceiling fan), patio, kitchen and a bathroom. Communal inner courtyard. Air-conditioning in living room and in one of the double rooms. One double room has a super silent and modern cealing fan and the bunk bed room has a standing fan. Guest access There a common patio where you can sit and enjoy and also have a showe in the summer. One of the bedrooms has no air conditioning, it has a super modern super silent cealing fan. Other things to note For stays of 28 days or more electricity and water costs are not included To confirm the reservation a payment of 500 € must be made through the Airbnb platform within 5 days after the reservation is accepted From this amount 300 € is a deposit to secure the reservation and 200 € is an electricity consumption deposit At the end of the stay the remaining amount of the electricity deposit will be refunded after deducting the actual consumption with a detailed statement Water has a fixed cost of 0 50 € per person per day and is settled from this amount Everything is managed exclusively through Airbnb Failure to make this payment within the stated period will result in cancellation of the reservation This payment is non refundable Electricity is paid monthly You can park your car on the street, but in the summer or on the weekend it can maybe be tricky to find a space.
