Welcome to our cozy apartment, perfect for a relaxing vacation, consisting of a bedroom and a sofa bed, ideal for accommodating up to 3 people. You will find linen included and all the comforts to make you feel at home: A/C, washing machine/dryer, multifunctional microwave, iron, hairdryer and vacuum cleaner. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, dishes, and a coffee machine, to start the day in the best possible way. The space House Rules ✅ Check-in & Check-out • Check-in: from 5:30 p.m. • Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. • Please respect the times to allow for proper cleaning of the apartment. ✅ Cleaning & Waste • The apartment must be left in decent condition. • Please separate the waste and dispose of it in the appropriate containers. • Do not leave food open in the kitchen to avoid insects. ✅ Respect for quiet • Please reduce noise between [hours] to respect the neighbors' rest. • No parties or events without permission. ✅ Use of appliances • Turn off the air conditioner, lights, and electrical appliances when you leave the apartment. • Use appliances carefully and follow the instructions for use. ✅ No smoking • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. You can do this on the balcony (if present) using the appropriate ashtrays. ✅ Pets • They must be well-behaved and not cause damage, and must not be left alone in the house. ✅ Damages and Lost Items • Please treat the house with care. Any damage must be promptly reported. • Forgotten items will be kept for 30 days, after which we do not guarantee their return. ✅ Guests and Safety • Hosting unregistered persons without authorization is not permitted. • Make sure to close doors and windows properly before leaving.
