Very private. If you want crowds, noise and asphalt connected to beach home/condo this is Not what you want. Pensacola beach can be seen looking south. In most ways the ambience of cottage is far superior. It’s fun to visit Beach and then return to cottage. Structures located west of cottage are used for Maintenance of park only. Guest access Park in front of large blue door in back on west side. Other things to note New shower 4/23:/26 has eliminated musty odor. 145 year old home surrounded by trees and vegetation. Nothing like it anywhere. If the idea of seeing a mouse inside or a possum on the porch is more than the guest can fathom it is not for you. If all food is put away it’s unlikely animals will be seen. If you want a cookie cutter on the beach with lots of people/noise /activities it’s not for you. If you want the best in Florida natural history, A gorgeous waterfront setting with peace and Quite, this is the place. Yes, there is hot water and A/C. All funds go to park.
