Dog-friendly beachfront apartment in Maidencombe, Devon. Minutes from the sandy cove with sea views, South West Coast Path access, and a cosy private courtyard. Perfect for couples, families, and furry friends. Important. The local pub is changing ownership and is currently closed. There are many other pubs in the local area, some are walkable. The space A very light and airy open plan kitchen and living area with bi-folding doors that open onto a private enclosed garden, ideal for quiet peaceful enjoyment. In the lounge there is a 55" Smart TV, Internet access and plenty of sofa space to relax. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals as if you were at home. You will be dining on a beautiful vintage Ercol dining table that seats 4. The bedroom has a zip-link king-sized bed for the choice of configurations (king or twin beds, please specify when booking). For extra guests there is a large sofa in the lounge converts into a kingsize bed. (surcharge for extra linen if this option is needed) The family bathroom is also brand new and cleaned to a very high standard. Bath/shower with screen, W/C and sink with vanity unit & Heated towel rail. The guests have use of a private car parking space & access to onsite bicycle storage. NB. The apartment is extremely close the beach/sea however it doesn't have sea views. Also, please note, the garden is now gravel and isn’t grass like in the photos. Other things to note We love dogs, but we have a 1, well behaved, dog policy. This is stipulated in our lease and unfortunately non negotiable. Guests must specify if they are to bring a dog as there is an additional cleaning fee of £30 The local pub has seasonal open times, so please check ahead before booking. The beach is very close by, but is only accessible by steps. It is a very rugged coastline, so be prepared for steep inclines and rugged paths. Guests are sometimes surprised by the narrow country lanes in Devon, we love them, it’s the countryside! So please, if you are a nervous driver, ensure you have prepared a suitable journey to try to avoid small lanes and stick to wider roads where possible. No4 has a strict no smoking policy in the property and garden. We ask that our guests find an alternative location to smoke. Many thanks.
