Lovely room with private bathroom in Parsons Green

Light bedroom overlooking back garden in 4-bedroom house. Single occupancy. The bed's a small double (3'6" x 6"), new, good quality mattress and headboard: built-in wardrobe with full-length mirror, desk and chair. Beside it is a bathroom solely for your use, including bath with overhead shower. The house was fully refurbished in 2016. You're welcome to use the large eat-in kitchen, separate dining room and garden. A friendly spaniel lives downstairs, while one elderly cat stays upstairs The space The bedroom is on the second floor and is an attractive, welcoming room. The bed is a small double (3'6" x 6"). There is a fitted wardrobe, drawers under the bed, and a desk for working. The blind has a blackout lining and there's also a large central heating radiator. The bathroom is next door to the bedroom and is solely for your use. It has a bath, good overhead shower and large heated towel rail. Like the rest of the house, both rooms were fully refurbished in 2016. Although I list two bedrooms on Airbnb, I only rent one room out at a time, so you will not be sharing with other guests. Guest access Guests are able to use the large, modern, eat-in kitchen (with Nespresso machine). There's also a separate dining room with patio doors into the small garden. Our spaniel is very friendly and will happily share this space with you, but he's not allowed upstairs. The cats are allowed upstairs but are kept out of the bedrooms. While you're welcome to use these spaces, please don't bring other guests to the house. During your stay I look forward to welcoming you into my home and can also provide recommendations of things to do in the area, as well as the rest of London. I'm out quite a lot during the day but am always available on my phone if you need me. My adult son also lives in the house and one of us will be there to greet you on arrival. Other things to note As with most of south west London, Fulham lies under the flightpath to Heathrow.
