Located across the street from the Greenbelt , a 25 mile tree lined pathway, that follows the Boise River through the heart of Boise. A 10 minute bike ride downtown to Treefort Music Festival and Alefort (March 20-24). You can SUP or kayak at the Esther Simplot Whitewater Park right across the river or visit one of the many local bars, restaurants, breweries, or wineries within a 5-10 minute walk. Other dates may be available upon request. The space Open, modern floor plan with kitchen, dining room, living room and full bath on the main level. The second floor hosts the master bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower and your own private balcony. It also has a loft area to read, watch tv, or play games and two other bedrooms, a full bath, and a spiral staircase that leads to the rooftop patio with hot tub and with views of Bogus Basin and downtown Boise. Guest access You will have access to the entire home with exception of the office and some closets, which have been locked. The driveway is a shared driveway so please park only in the street. Other things to note Please feel free to enjoy the back patio and BBQ.
