C1860. The garden is open to the public at certain times of the year. Being able to enjoy a quiet candle lit dinner with total privacy adds to the relaxed atmosphere. (Sadly not available whilst Covid 19 exists) There is a mini bar of non alcoholic beverages and yummy chocolates etc. Firewood at a nominal fee. You can pay by cash or card on departure for the extras. Little luxuries that say "Welcome" are waiting for you. Plunger coffee...large selection of teas. A delightful continental breakfast is included in the tariff. Home made conserves etc. The verandas provide a delightful area to sit for breakfast or to have an early evening drink by the fountain pond. Guests are encouraged to use the garden as their own. To relax and enjoy the quiet country space. The cottage is old but totally refurbished. Eccentricities of age will appear at times... All part of old cottage charm. Guest access Guests can enjoy the garden. Their own private living room and the main house dining room for breakfast. The garden is an English style country garden. Pets may wander.....but care and supervision required at all times. There is ample room but pet owners need to respect the garden space. Your pet is also allowed within the cottage.
