"Villa Gustav" - Upper apartment with balcony

"Villa Gustav" - Lower apartment. Villa Gustav is a Swedish-owned villa with two large apartments. The house is located in the town of Senj on Croatia, close to the sea and town center. To the sea it is only 300 meters. Villa Gustav is located on a hillside with a lovely view of the Adriatic Sea. The house was completely renovated during 2018-2021. Here you find everything you can wish for, and we hope Villa Gustav will be a paradise where our guests can have a relaxing time and enjoy life. The space There are two apartments in the house, a lower and an upper apartment. Both have their own entrance from outside. The apartments are almost identical. The apartments are approximately 80 square meters each, have six beds divided into three bedrooms, combined kitchen and dining area, a bathroom with shower and toilet and one separate toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning (AC). All windows have ventilation function as well as jalusies that can be pulled down to darken the room. The oceanfront rooms have large sliding windows that open onto the terrace / balcony. Guest access The lower apartment has a terrace of 70 square meters. The upper has a balcony of 30 square meters. Both the terrace and the balcony have large awnings to create shade which is much needed during the really hot days. There is also an outside shower where you can cool off when you get home from the beach. The shower is available to all guests. The house has its own garage, with one parking place per apartment. Other things to note Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors in order not to create discomfort for neighbors in the other apartment. We will not accept tenants below the age of 25. Of course, families with children and young people are warmly welcomed. The board walk in Senj is adapted for the disabled with new, nice ramps so that disabled people can easily get in and out of the water. To get to Villa Gustav you have to get up for a staircase and there is no ramp. -------- Villa Gustav has been completely renovated during the years 2018-2021. The entire inside has been redone with new electricity, new water and sewage. New bathrooms, toilets and kitchens. New windows, doors and floors. Everything is newly painted and fresh. New air conditioners in each bedroom and new furnishings in all rooms. The outside of the house has also been renovated where we built a new larger balcony, the whole house has been given a new facade and painted. Each floor has two large electric awnings. All windows have got new shutters. All walkways have been paved; the large terrace of 70 square meters, the balcony of 30 square meters, the walkway around the house, at the entrance and the stairs down to the street. The wall around the house has been painted and given roof tiles. The garage has also been renovated with a new facade and new large garage doors. The garden has been tidied up, all the fences have been painted and an outdoor shower has been installed. The only thing left is new roofing, which will be fixed in a few years. The house is in perfect condition, modernly furnished and there is a free magical sea view from both floors, the terrace and the balcony.
