As well as the convenience of a boat ramp in your street. Comfortably sleeps 6 - 8 people - 4 Bedrooms including; 1 double bed, 2 queen beds, 1 set of bunks and a single bed. One doona and pillow supplied for each bed, however guests are required to bring their own linen and towels. The home will easily accommodate two families, with ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet connected to the master bedroom, family bathroom with bath/shower and separate wash closet. The kitchen is fully self-contained, with microwave. Ceiling fans in the main living space and new split system air conditioning / heating units on both floors. As the house runs on tank water, we recommend bringing your own drinking water. There is plenty to keep the kids entertained with board games, books, DVD’s also Nintendo Wii upstairs in their own retreat area. Departing - Basic cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant unless otherwise arranged, cleaning products are supplied for tenants use. We ask that everything used is washed and returned to the cupboards, and all bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas are left as you found them.
