The space Pearl is a modern double story beach house situated only two minutes walk from beautiful Hawley Beach. Pearl is peacefully secluded from passing traffic yet connected to numerous walkways for exploring the expansive coastline and local area. North facing, spacious, and filled with light, Pearl can accommodate up to 12 guests over two levels. The house has: - 2 spacious living areas with comfortable lounge seating, both living areas have 50" TVs, DVD players, extensive DVD libraries and games - Free wifi, Foxtel, Netflix and chromecast - 2 reverse cycle air conditioners to keep you cosy and cool - 2 fully equipped gourmet kitchens with dining suites on both levels - 4 king bedrooms, 2 king size beds and 4 long single beds. Quality mattresses, beautiful linen, numerous pillows, extra blankets and built in mirrored wardrobes. 4 full size single beds are added for bookings over 8 guests or for 8 guests who require individual beds (additional charges apply) please advise at time of booking or our standard bedding configuration of 6 beds for 8 guests will apply. - 2 spacious, fully equipped bathrooms with quality towels and toiletries - 2 fully equipped laundry areas - A fully covered balcony on the upper level with outdoor dining setting - 2 private, secured sundecks with outdoor dining settings - Beautiful established gardens that provide privacy and a leafy green outlook - Secure off-street parking for up to 8 vehicles Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. The garage, garden shed and hallway cupboards are not available for guest use. Other things to note Our standard bedding configuration of 2 king size and 4 long single beds accommodates 8 guests (8 guests in 6 beds). Please note that the additional full size single beds will only be made available, as required, for bookings over 8 guests. If you require individual beds for your group, additional full size single beds are available for $25 per bed per night.
