Cozy Bon Air Guest Suite with Private Entrance

Located on the lower level of our home in the Bon Air area of Richmond, this private guest suite features a private entrance, queen bed, private bathroom, kitchenette with mini fridge, coffee and tea bar, full set of dishes, utensils and glassware, and Roku TV. The space Our guest suite is located on the lower level of our home. It is a studio layout with bedroom and kitchen connected, and a private bathroom with a stall shower. We do not share any interior space with the guests during their visits as the suite is separated by a locked door. Guest access Guests are welcome to park in our driveway or on the street. The entrance to the guest suite is around the back of the house. Our house is positioned on a hill and the driveway is steep. Most guests do not have an issue parking at the bottom of the driveway and navigating the gravel path to the back of the house where the guest entrance is located. If accessibility is an issue, please send us a message and we can provide more details about navigating the space. Other things to note We have one dog who spends a good amount of time in the backyard. He is very friendly and loves interacting with our guests. If you would prefer not to interact with the dog please let us know. Junot also has a tendency to bark when deliveries arrive if we are not home which may be distracting if you plan to work from the guest suite. Our family lives upstairs and we do our best to keep things quiet when guests are present, however there will potentially be some noise transfer during your stay. Please note that the mini fridge does not have a freezer. The temperature in the home is controlled on our side of the space and we can adjust accordingly by request. We also tend to keep the HVAC system running to help prevent noise from upstairs from transferring to the guest suite. This system can also be turned off by request if the noise becomes bothersome.
