Please Note The home uses a traditional steam radiator heating system with a single thermostat for the entire townhouse. Expect some daytime noise, but we maintain strict quiet hours at night. • Construction/Traffic: You may hear local buses or nearby construction. Construction is restricted to weekdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with none on weekends. • Pet On-site: Our new puppy (adopted May 2026) enjoys the backyard. She is treat-motivated and friendly, but she is never allowed in the guest suites or on the top two floors.
