The space Welcome to your cozy private bedroom! This inviting space features two comfy full-size beds, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. While your bedroom is completely private, the bathroom (with a convenient tub/shower combo) and all common areas are shared with other guests, so you’ll have the chance to meet others during your stay. Although the kitchen isn’t part of your booking, I’m happy to offer it to you as a courtesy if you need it. You’ll love our location! We’re just a short walk from many of the city’s top attractions, amazing restaurants, lively bars, and vibrant nightlife. The Santa Monica/Vermont Metro station is only a few minutes away, making it easy to explore all corners of LA. Whether you’re planning to visit downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, or any of Southern California’s famous spots, you’ll find everything you need just a short drive away. Meals in the Bedroom: Light snacks are fine, but please be cautious with full meals to avoid stains or spills. Dishes: Kindly wash any dishes or utensils you use. If something breaks, please replace it with a similar or improved item. Dietary Request: Out of respect for cultural and religious practices, please refrain from bringing pork products (e.g., bacon, ham) into the home. Noise: Please keep noise levels low to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Luggage Storage: Luggage storage is available for $5. Nature: This area is lush with vegetation. While rare, insects or other wildlife may be seen. Bug spray is provided. Check-In Requirements: A government-issued photo ID may be requested at check-in. Dogs on Premises: Friendly dogs live on the property. Please take this into account if you have allergies. Health & Safety: If you're feeling unwell, kindly follow CDC or local public health protocols. Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in: 3 PM - 9 PM Check-out: 10 AM (Late check-out: $50) Pets: Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws. Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed on the property for safety and insurance purposes. Construction: There is no ongoing construction, but occasional maintenance may temporarily limit access to certain amenities. Local Environment: The neighborhood is diverse and dynamic. You may notice the presence of unhoused individuals or increased law enforcement activity, including immigration enforcement. Wildlife: Common urban wildlife (e.g., squirrels, raccoons, possums, or snakes) may be seen outside. Historic Home: This is a 100-year-old home with unique charm and minor cosmetic wear. All appliances and systems are fully functional. Parties & Substances: No parties, drug use, or illegal activity allowed. Dress Code: Please dress appropriately in shared/common spaces. Trash: Avoid overfilling indoor or outdoor trash bins. Cleaning: Please clean up after yourself in all shared areas, including the kitchen and bathrooms. Common Areas: Your reservation covers your private room only. Access to shared spaces may be restricted without prior notice. Furniture: Do not remove furniture from the room. Personal Belongings: Please avoid moving excessive boxes or large household belongings into your room. Damages: You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay. Damaged or missing items will be charged via Airbnb. Linens: House linens must remain on the property. Removal will result in a charge. Liability: The booking guest is responsible for all members of their party. Mail Delivery: Guests may not receive mail or packages at the house address. Please make alternate arrangements for deliveries. Restricted Activities: No cryptocurrency mining. No unauthorized business or commercial use of the property. No commercial filming of any kind, including social media content such as TikTok, YouTube, IG, or promotional videos, without prior written approval from the host. No use of the property for temporary relocation without written approval. Dispute Resolution: By booking, you agree that any disputes with the host will be resolved through binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) at your expense, in accordance with their rules and procedures.
