Your space is exclusively yours and includes large bedroom with eat-in kitchenette with full size refrigerator/freezer, hallway to private bathroom with separate shower and full sized bathtub, private outdoor sunroom off bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is only included when 3 or more guests booked; otherwise it is kept vacant and not available for use during your stay. Guest access Parking is in front of unit on the yard near street. Fully lighted with bright street light. The Stepping Stones pathway connects parking and entrance.
