The house has a zen front garden and patio with a wood hammock and a beautiful fountain . There is plenty of street parking available always. We are away from avenues and traffic noise. ROOMMATES are clean, neat, quite and respectful. They are busy and focused and they don't spend much time indoors so you may not even run into them.
