My apartment is a place to have a good time when you come to Stuttgart, it is being located on the seocnd floor. I included really fast Wi-Fi, new kitchen, new bathroom and new everything:=). Nice and clean towels and bed linen are also included The space Having traveled quite extensively myself over the last years, I wanted to create a place to feel at home at once. It is located on the first floor of my house, with big windows letting in the full amount of sunshine. Everything has just been redone, so you will encounter a place with a new bathroom, new kitchen, new furniture and new everything. Wi-Fi is blazingly fast and the 65` flat screen is ready for your favorite online TV show. Food can be easily prepared on the induction oven. After a nice dinner, the dishwasher takes care of the plates :=) The apartment style is classy, yet I could not entirely hide my compassion for the city that never sleeps, could I? In order to make it not only special but also practical, I added hangers, a microwave (with grill for Pizza) and excess to a free washing machine/dryer. Last but not least you will have a Nespresso coffee machine, a hair dryer and an iron waiting for you. In case you want to experience the lovely hospitality there are really nice places at easy walking distance (1-4 minute walk) for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a drink. You will find these placed being pointed out to you on a flyer inside the apartment. Guest access The house and the apartment are accessible for you 24/7. There are 12 apartments inside the town house, each apartment has its own apartment door. The street door is shared by all apartments. Check in is always possible after 3 p.m.. I will let you in using a remote control system, and you will find your electronic key inside the apartment on the coffee table waiting for you. When checking out, please just leave the electronic key on the coffee table inside the apartment. Other things to note Please be aware of the German law, which is now requiring covid 19 test results which are at the most 24 hours old at the time of checking in. That law might be changed at any time, so that you need to double check before arriving. Long term tenants might need to pay the governmental fee for tv etc. (around 16 euros per month) by themselves. For long term tenants only: GEZ (fee for public TV in Germany (16 Euros/month) is not included)
