Guest access Seamless Arrival 🏡 Guests enjoy full access to the property with a private, touchless entry code provided on the morning of check-in. Convenient Transportation 🚗 Uber and Lyft typically arrive within 3–8 minutes. Old Town Scottsdale is a short 5–7 minute ride away. Occupancy 💃 The villa is reserved exclusively for registered guests. For additional visitors or professional services (such as catering, photography, or event support), please request approval in advance. Security & Peace of Mind 🔒 For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras monitor entry points, including the front gate, side gate, and backyard perimeter. A motion-activated doorbell camera is located at the front entrance. There are no interior cameras. Professional Services 🎉 Outside vendors must be pre-approved to ensure compliance with city regulations and occupancy guidelines. Approved services may include decorators, private chefs, mobile IV therapy, massage therapists, yoga instructors, photographers, and hair & makeup artists. Please check with us in advance to confirm. Unapproved vendors, including DJs, entertainers, or large rental equipment, are not permitted. Early Check-In / Luggage Drop 🧳 Early check-in or luggage drop may be accommodated when possible (additional fee may apply). Please request in advance so we can prepare the home accordingly. Heated Pool 🏊‍♀️ Pool heating is available upon request for $65 per night. Pool heat must be requested and paid for at least 1 week prior to arrival. Amenities 🛁🌊 Luxury bath towels, pool towels, and a selection of pool floats are provided. An air pump is available for additional inflatables. Decorations🎀 Decorations are welcome but must be non-adhesive. Tape, command strips, adhesive dots, confetti, glitter, or similar materials are not permitted, as they may damage surfaces. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if these guidelines are not followed. If you’d like professional decorating services, we’re happy to recommend approved local vendors. Pets & Smoking 🐶🚭 Pets are not permitted. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Quiet Enjoyment In accordance with Scottsdale city ordinance, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors, particularly when enjoying outdoor spaces. This property and all guests must comply with AZ Senate Bill SB 1168, City of Scottsdale ordinance Sections 18 - 150, 18 - 121 and all state and city regulations. **All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).
