You will love this old house that is fully renovated. It has a soul of the old times and comfort of the new age. It is located in the heart of the old city of Cres. It is ideal for families or for two couples.... You can enjoy in two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, living room, one and half kitchen, two entrances and two big terraces. This is unique collision of the stone, wood, iron and modern colors. We care about environment too, we have heating&cooling heat pump system. Welcome! The space The apartment is specific because it is located on three floors, which is in fact the usual way of building old houses in the historic center of coastal towns on the Adriatic, with narrow streets, so it is the same on Cres. On the first floor there is a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a large terrace. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a terrace. On the third floor there is a studio apartment which is connected to the rest of the house, but also has a separate entrance, a double bed, a dining table for two, a mini kitchen and a bathroom. During the renovation, we tried to preserve as many old elements as possible that give charm to these houses and testify to some past times. As we completely renovated the house, there are a lot of new elements, but we tried to make the new ones natural as well, so we have wooden beams, windows and doors, a wooden-iron staircase, granite work surfaces, etc. On the other hand you have all modern solutions and devices that ensure you a pleasant holiday, and you will enjoy cooking on an induction hob and in a modern oven and microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, two washing machines, one of which is a dryer too, walk in shower, two smart TVs, cooling system and heating by heat pump and fan coil, etc. Other things to note In our Apartment you will find a mini library with books in English and Croatian. We are working on expanding the number of books in other languages as well. Maybe you can help us there and bring some of yours that you don't need anymore, and take one of ours. If you have kids, we can offer you a box with appropriate toys, a high chair for dining table, a baby monitor, so you can enjoy your evening on the terrace and still hear your kids sleeping in the other room...
