The space The house sits on a quiet dead end street Driveway and street parking available Fully fenced in backyard with outdoor furniture Hardwood floors throughout the house *No parties *No smoking cigarettes in the house (all cigarette butts must be put in the outside garbage can or fire pit) Pets must be approved - guests are responsible for picking up their pets poop. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Fees will be applied for dog maintenance if we have to clean up after your pet. Guest access You have full access to the entire house and fenced in yard Other things to note There is a $50 pet fee. We allow 1 dog 40lbs and under for this fee. Please contact us if you have a larger dog, or interested in bringing more than one pet. Exceptions are made.
