The Mount Martha Beach Haven is situated on the corner of Mount Martha's Esplanade - opposite the beach, it has great walking paths and is a lovely 15 minute walk to the village shops at Mount Martha. The space The freestanding townhouse is ideal in summer - open up the french bifold doors to the deck and courtyard, where you can enjoy sitting outside or perch up at the servery.  After a run and swim, you can cool down in the outdoor shower and unwind. Did we mention Sunscape is only 50 steps to the beach path and 15 min walk to the village? In winter the Peninsula has an amazing vibe, there are incredible places to visit and when at home you can snuggle up near the fireplace. All the modcons and comforts are included such as linen and towels and the all important wifi. Come for a quick getaway or stay for longer, work or fun - you'll love it! You'll fit 3 cars - 2 in the property zone and 1 out front on the street. Bedding Configuration (6 pax): Bedroom 1: 1x Queen Bedroom 2: 2x Singles Bedroom 3: 1x Double Bunk A bond is required to complete this booking $800. Additional $500 Pet bond payable if joining you on your stay. Guest access You will have full access to the home whilst staying. The small garage has all the beach gear plus bikes and so parking at the property for 2 cars is available in the front of the property and is all very private. We do request consideration of the driveway be give to our neighbours, as this is shared with them - so please do not block. Other things to note There are a few steps on entry and to the back patio, the home itself is ground level. Governance and Compliance: All guests must comply with the Council By Law ‘code of conduct’. A copy will be available at the property, it is also available on the Shire website. Any complaints made from neighbours, Police and the Council regarding a breech of the conduct by you, your guests and any uninvited people will result in a full bond deduction and immediate eviction. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited, there is to be no smoking inside the house, all butts from cigarettes outside must be removed. Any evidence of smoking inside the house, the bond may be forfeited or cost for Fumigation and butt removal will deducted from the bond. No Parties or events allowed. A full bond penalty will apply and immediate eviction. No Schoolies bookings. Noise Restrictions: Please be polite with your noise and considerate of the neighbours - Quiet Hours 11pm-7am. Council by-laws are in place which enforce a no disturbance policy. Rubbish Removal: House bins to be emptied prior to departure and Wheelie Bins put on nature strip. If bins are full during your stay, please dispose extra waste at the local hopper in Mornington. Damages: All damages must be notified during your stay and prior to departure. No eating in the bedrooms. Car Parking: All cars must be parked inside the property grounds - on the lawn (in designated zone in front of property) and not left in the residential streets or in shared drive - guests must be mindful of the neighbour using the shared driveway. Keys: Guests are responsible for all keys, locksmith call outs and replacements will be deducted from the bond. Pets: Only 1 Pet (small dog) allowed, prior notice to be given at the time of booking with age and breed. Please bring their pet bed, blankets and toys. Departure: When departing the property, please ensure that you have read and followed the Departure Checklist (which is in the guide book). Failure to do this may incur a bond deduction if you do not leave the property fully secured/locked.
