The Kingsize bedroom is ensuite and a fully equipped kitchen is available for use, along with private access to a stunning swimming pool, with kids pool & waterfall feature, tropical gardens and garden sala - the perfect spot for a massage! The space This luxurious villa located directly on a stunning quiet beach is the perfect spot for anyone looking for an idyllic and relaxing base for their Koh Samui holiday - whether you are traveling alone, as a couple looking to spend some quality time together, or with a small child - if you enjoy being away from the beaten tourist trail and surrounded by natural beauty then we are sure you will love staying here! The property consists of one bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining area, a covered outdoor lounge/dining area, tropical gardens with private pool and a garden sala. The Kingsize bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, TV and DVD player (with a selection of TV shows and movies to watch) , air-conditioning, wardrobe space and sensational ocean and beach views! The patio doors from this bedroom open out to the covered lounge/dining area, which as well as a large dining table and comfortable chairs also has a chaise longue. The kitchen has a large dining table and is fully equipped with cooking appliances, cutlery, crockery, glasses and pans. There is a large fridge/freezer and a water cooler machine here also. One of the favourite quirky aspects of our kitchen which guests have always loved is that one wall is completely open - giving a super tropical feel, and in keeping with the traditional Thai way of life .. which is to bring the indoor living outdoors! Just beyond the open wall, there is a screen wall, for your privacy, with a door opening out to the car park area. There are also options for outdoor dining – either in the garden where there is a dining table and two benches with a parasol or on the covered patio area outside the bedroom. During your stay here you will have exclusive access to a private swimming pool which was completely re-tiled in April 2018. It has a childrens pool area and a waterfall feature (super for a shoulder massage!). The pool deck is equipped with sunbeds and parasols, and you can choose whether you wish to gaze out over the spectacular beach on your doorstep, or out over the beautiful tropical gardens surrounding the property! There is also a sala, where you can opt for a relaxing massage using the two professional massage beds we have. The sala is fully equipped with electrical power points and a fan. Unlimited complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and there is a carport which can be used for secure parking for 1 vehicle while you stay here. A housekeeping service is included in the price of your stay : the maid will visit the kitchen/outdoor lounge area of the property daily to clean, and the bedroom and bathroom will be cleaned after every 3 nights stay, and after every 6th night stay the housekeeping service will also including the changing of the bed linens. Towels are changed after every 3 nights stay. We have a baby cot that can be provided complimentary if you would like to go on holiday with your little one! We have two kayaks (and life vests) which our guests are welcome to use complimentary. They are tri-yaks (can seat three people) and have a small sail which can also be used if desired. We also have four bicycles which we offer complimentary for any of our guests who would like to use them; two adult bikes and two children’s bikes. We have two free-standing fans available for your use if you prefer to sleep with a fan rather than the air-conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. A twice-daily housekeeping service for the kitchen and dining area is included, along with a housekeeping service after every 3 nights which will also include the cleaning of the bedrooms which will also include changing of the towels. Bed linens are changed after every 6 nights. If you book to stay with us for 14 nights or longer, we will provide a complimentary airport transfer for you – one return trip. Although we have a fully equipped kitchen with all you would need to cater for yourselves during a stay here, many people prefer to relax on holiday and stay out of the kitchen, leaving the hard work to someone else! There are a number of great restaurants in the area serving breakfasts, lunches and dinners and also some who are happy to provide delivery service. We (the owners) take pride in helping ensure all of our guests have a wonderful holiday here, so along with our super staff, we will be on hand throughout your stay to help in any way we can. Guest access The property has a total of three bedrooms - you will only have access to one of these bedrooms (of your choice - but normally guests choose the Master bedroom!) If you would like access to any of the other bedrooms its no problem, please let us know and we can discuss the rates with you! You will also have exclusive access to a private swimming pool (with kids pool) the gardens, and the sala and the kitchen and dining area.
