Please let me know what dates you are interested in & I will check on the availability with my timeshare company This is a hotel room/studio (~ 200 sq ft) with one queen size bed & is equipped with television, a nightstand with a lamp, a desk or round table with two chairs & a kitchenette. Kitchenette has a microwave oven, coffeemaker, refrigerator & flatware, glassware, and silverware for two. Max occupancy of 2. The space You will check in just like at any hotel. This is a timeshare unit and it's fully transferable so I will be booking the nights under your name. I have been an owner of Shell Vacations Time Share properties for over 10 years (The Inn at the Opera Hotel being one property owned by Shell Vacations Club). There is a $250 refundable deposit due upon check in to the front desk to cover any damages to the room (credit or debit card only). Features Include: Complimentary WiFi Internet access Concierge services Wireless Internet access throughout the hotel Business services available including faxing, copying, and printing Internet kiosk in lobby 24-hour front desk Laundry and dry cleaning service (fee) Parking is optional at a parking structure around the corner at a cost of $39/night. The access card that will allow you in and out privileges is purchased directly at the front desk. Pets not allowed Must be at least 21 years of age Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State of California, City of San Francisco, and/or Inn at the Opera. All units have same features and size, but room location, and decor may vary based on which ever unit is available at the time of check-in Other things to note Since the Inn at the Opera is a timeshare property, you may be invited to a presentation. There is no obligation for you to attend, and suggest you politely decline to maximize your time while in the beautiful city of San Francisco. GENERAL TERMS: - Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. The Tenant affirms they will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-out. - Under no circumstance will the Tenant permit pets of any kind in the unit. - The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant's guests. - The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
