Located in beautiful Mililani Town, this private studio is connected to the hosts main home. It is approximately 450 sqft. and has its own entrance. Kitchenette with a fridge, sink, 2-single portable burner cooktops, large island seats 6, private bathroom with stand up shower, large pool deck area with BBQ grill, tables & chairs. *Children must be supervised at all times. The pool is just off the studio. *Small dog in the main home. You may hear him bark. The space The unit could sleep up to 4 comfortably. 1 Queen bed, a sofa and a queen air mattress. Very close to Walmart, Costco, Longs Drugs/CVS, Movie Theaters, 3 Grocery Stores, Gas, 24 hour fitness and Restaurants. Restaurants include Ruby Tuesdays, Chilis, California Pizza Kitchen, Asagios, Zippys, Jersey Mikes and many other fast-food chains and local favorites. Close to The Bus stops, H2 freeway North and Southbound. H1 Freeway East and Westbound. Centrally located so we are the perfect place to stay if you plan to visit all parts of the island, North Shore, Kailua, Waikiki, Koolina, West Coast etc. Guest access Guest will have access to the pool deck and private studio. Pool may be shared with owners but unlikely.
