The apartment features a modern loft style bedroom and a seating area outside to enjoy the warm tropical weather. It is a family run business which certainly gives a homey feeling. **Complimentary airport pick up for guests arriving between 7am to 8pm.** PLDT fiber optic wifi connection up to 100mbps The total floor area is approximately 40 m2. Loft style bedroom with a queen size bed although we can provide a sofa bed for younger children. There is 2hp aircon in the bedroom which cools the entire apartment. The bathroom is spacious with hot shower. Kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dining area that seats four. The living area includes cable TV and outside there is additional sitting area. WIFI access is available up to 100mbps. There is parking in the premises. Caretaker on duty throughout the day and night. I’m not personally around but we have caretakers on duty to assist you. This is a self catering apartment. The cleaning fee covers the final cleaning after check out. WEEKLY and MONTHLY rates "ELECTRIC FEE IS NOT INCLUDED" We would require 2,000PHP for weekly rate and 5,000PHP for monthly rate deposit upon check in. The electric meter will be check and calculated upon check out or monthly for longer stays. This way you only pay for the power that you have actually consumed during your stay and allowing us to offer lower rental prices. HOUSE MANUAL - NO smoking, lighting of candles, mosquito coils of any kind inside the apartment. - Please turn off the air condition and switch off the lights when you are out. - Please unplug the kettle, microwave, rice cooker, hob and other electrical devices when not in use. - Please do not alter the fixtures, fittings or hang pictures. - If you wish to add additional guests please let us know. 450 pesos per person per night. - Please let us know your arrival and departure times so that we can ensure we are around to greet you on arrival and wish you bon voyage on departure - Should you wish to see more of the area and would like some recommendations please ask. We would also be interested in hearing any feedback about places you have visited to pass onto other guests. - If required we can clean the apartment for you, but for an additional charge of 450 pesos. - Sufficient linen should be available in your apartment for your stay. If you require a change of towels and linens (to cover laundry costs): *P100 per towel ; *P400 per set of linens (2 pillow cases, duvet cover and fitted sheet) ; *P400 duvet/comforter - 5 gallon mineral water is available at P40. **Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and if caught will be reported to the authorities.**
