8 min to Kamata st fm Haneda by train/Whole house

It is very close to Keikyu Kamata st. just 6 min on foot. (JR Kamata st. 12 min). The location is convenient for sightseeing for Asakusa (Senso-ji Temple), Ginza ,Yokohama and Disney resort also accessible to Haneda Airport just 8 min w/o transfer. We have introduced free Wi-Fi and fiber optic lines. It is a government-approved accommodation. Guest access You can use the whole space. No share with others. Other things to note ==IMPORTANT== 1. According to Japanese law, we require your passport copy before check-in as our accommodation is approved by Japanese Government. (Taking picture by smart phone would be fine.) 2. Receipt of house key will be implemented in key box. 3. Co-sleeping children are free. (under 3 years old) 4. Early check in and late check out is not accepted. However it may be possible depending on other guest's schedule. Please let us know. 5. No space for a luggage before check-in, however there are many lockers at Keikyu Kamata station. Some of them are big enough for a full size suitcase. 6. During your stay, we will respect your privacy and will not enter the room for cleaning. Please clean and wash by yourself as necessary. 7. We will charge 50,000 yen if the furniture household appliances are damaged or the walls and floor are heavily soiled. 8. For loss of key or forgetting to return, 20,000 yen will be charged for each. 9.Please do not speak loudly on the  balcony as this area is a quiet residential area.
