This newly constructed independent house is located in Mamta Enclave a gated society just 400 mts far from main Shimla Panchkula highway in Dhakauli Zirakpur (Punjab). Near Sector 20 and 12A of Panchkula (Just 1-2km away) and 600 mts far from Panchkula border. This AC room is located at ground floor, You get a chance to live with a family and kids, feel like own homily environment so no formalities. Guests are treated as family members. The location is safe during day and night for traveling The space This is an independent house having 3BHK & 2Bathrooms. My family also lives here so one AC bedroom and a bathroom is reserved for guests. The guest bedroom is spacious and has good ventilation and ample daylight. It has an attached bathroom with two entries. One from inside the room and one from the hall. Extra bed sheet, extra pillow, extra blanket, towels available if required. Due to current scenario of Covid19, we suggest you to bring your own towels for hygiene and health issues. Guest access Drawing and Dining Hall Kitchen Washroom Drawing Room Yes, its your home just feel relaxed. You are allowed and have access to the living area and we are there to share and talk about your travel experience. Kitchen You have the access to the kitchen. You can also use Microwave and refrigerator to store your eatable. Dining Hall We want you to use Dining table to have your meals, even if you have ordered from outside. Eating food in the room or on the bed is strictly not allowed. Feel free to use utensils. Prayer Room If you offer prayers in morning or in evening.. we have Pooja room for you. You can offer prayers with peace Bathroom Feeling tired after your travel? Take a hot or cold shower as per the season, feel fresh and relaxed. You are free to watch your favorite TV channel in your room, however if you want to watch Amazon Prime it can be streamed only in the hall. Just inform us. During your stay As soon as I get access to your contact number, I will share with you the location, address and other required information. As a host, I will try to be available personally at the time of your arrival to welcome you. In case, I'm not available, my family will be there to welcome you and help you in easy and comfortable check-in. Other things to note Locals - Singles and Couples from Tricity (Chandigarh - Mohali - Panchkula - Zirakpur) will not be allowed for Stay. Their Direct Booking will be cancelled. So plz do not Book the place. Homemade vegetarian food is available to you on request at a very nominal and marginal amount. Please inform us will in time Breakfast: Rs 60 Per Person Lunch: Rs. 150 Per Person Per Meal. Dinner: Rs. 150 Per Person Per Meal. Wastage of food is not allowed. Food to be eaten on Dining table. Eating food not allowed in the bedroom. Milk and Food not Charged for Infant and Children below 10 years old. Anytime Tea / Green Tea / welcome drink is complementary. Please note there is no specific menu for BF/L&D. We will be more than happy to cook food for you but it all depends on availability of our time. You need to check with us. After you have checked out and want to keep your bags for sometime. Don't worry, Just inform us.
