Separated from our main house by internal locked door we have 2 large bedrooms & large bathroom. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland.Close to beaches,Mission Bay 20mins walk,Kelly Tarltons 10mins.The rooms have A/C,TV, Wifi, Underfloor Heating, Desk, Settee,Jug,Toaster,Nespresso coffee machine,Heated towel rail.Full sized deep bath & separate shower.Private courtyard with afternoon sun.Carpark right outside room.Late checkin avail with lock box onsite. The space Orakei is a beautiful suburb in Auckland.Close to the city (5km) and the beaches Mission Bay. Okahu Bay, Kohimarama and St Heliers. We have two large bedrooms each with queen beds that are light and airy. The bathroom is also very large with a separate deep bath and separate shower.Underfloor heating.Heated towel rail. Private secure courtyard. External access. (Bring a light if you arrive at night as there is a lock box with numbers combination you’ll need to see) Enjoy an afternoon wine in the sun in the courtyard. Come and go through the external access as you please. We can take away all the plates, utensils etc afterwards as there is no washing facility in the rooms. Likewise if you need anything washed leave them outside so I can collect and replaced at the end of the day. The two bedrooms and bathroom are part of our main house but we will lock the door when you stay so your rooms will be private and secure. There’s no stairs just a small step into the room from the external access door. We live upstairs. We will put fresh milk and coffee pods for you so you can make a Nespresso. Master bedroom has TV, Nespresso machine, Jug, Toaster. Microwave but NO KITCHEN Portacot with sheets and duvet available on request Total inside area 50m2 There are great take away places very close by and a huge selection of very good restaurants and cafes at Mission Bay which is 5mins drive from our place. Choices are Turkish, European, Indian, Italian, Mexican, Spanish, subway, movenpick, Starbucks, fish and chips, hot grill. Guest access Feel free to come and go as you please at any hour through an external locked door that opens to a courtyard. We will give you a key on arrival to the door or if you come late we have a lock box with code access we will give you. There is an off street car park that will accommodate up to a MEDIUM sized car but requires a three point turn. If this is DIFFICULT FOR YOU then there’s parking on the street front. PLEASE DON’T TRY AND PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY IF YOU AREN’T A CONFIDENT DRIVER OR YOU HAVE A LARGE CAR OR SUV. Lock box onsite with key for your entry if we are away ALL THE CHECKIN INSTRUCTIONS WITH PHOTOS AND LOCK BOX CODE ARE ON AIRBNB CHECKIN INSTRUCTIONS AFTER YOU BOOK. Other things to note We live in a quiet residential area. We get on with all our neighbours and would like to keep it that way. No music or noise outside after 10pm please and no loud music or noise inside after 10:30pm. If you want to have a party we aren’t the house for it. We are a very friendly family that would like to let you relax and give you space. If you need us we are close by so you'll just need to knock on our door. We have no pets on the premises.
