Bright and Sunny top floor Penthouse with large terrace including outdoor jaquzzi offering wonderful town and sea views set roughly 2 minutes walk from Bugibba Square! Property consists of an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, double bedroom leading onto an en suite shower room with rain shower system, spare bedroom with two single beds, main shower room, laundry room and a back balcony. The front sunny terrace is fully equipped with a BBQ, sun loungers and a large heated Jaquzzi. The space The Apartment includes Free Wi-fi, electric oven and cooker, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, fully automatic washing machine, Air-conditioned, 50" Led Smart TV with High Definition connection, 2 shower-rooms each with a rain shower and jet system, gas BBQ, outdoor heated jaquzzi, hair dryer, iron, linen, blankets and bath towels. Guest access The guests are free to use all the private Apartment and amenities at no extra cost! Other things to note > Since this is a residential complex and area. Strictly NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC or GATHERINGS of more guests then booked. In breach of this the guest/s is accepting formally of a termination of the reaming period with no refund. > The home has a sofa bed which is locked and can be opened into a bed at a charge for more than 4 guests. Sofa Bed size is 140cm by 185cm. > We do our outmost in providing the most comfortable stay possible. However should one encounter any difficulties or something is not satisfactory prior to check-in or during your stay, we advise the guest to inform us right away. Unfortunately being advised upon checkout or later would be considered invalid. > We use UK British standard power plugs in Malta so one is advised to bring the correct adapter. > We do not provide Beach towels for the hot tub, so guests are to provide their own. > Guests are not allowed to store any scooters, motor bikes or bikes in the Home or common areas. > Kindly note we have replaced the outdoor dining table and chairs with a brand new grey extra comfortable set however the property images have not yet been updated to showcase them :)
