Grocery/shopping is within walking distance (right next to the resort). Guest access Entire condo. All Oakwater amenities are free. Other things to note -2nd floor unit. Entry way is on ground level with all condo living space up one flight of stairs (once inside) -Free driveway & free open street parking for second vehicle -Oakwater does not allow RVs or campers
