An hour's drive to the Barossa wine region (North) or Mclarenvale wine region (South). Hills and beaches all reasonably close. Off street LOCKED parking for standard size car. Not covered. Also listed as 1 bedroom studio. See other listing. The space **PLEASE NOTE: Completely self contained apartment, attached to the larger home. Landlord lives upstairs - separately. Available for support/information if required. An unused/LOCKED door separates the two dwellings).** completely private Lovingly repurposed furniture creating a calming, shabby chic oasis. Can sleep 2 couples, or 1 couple and 2 singles. King bed can be split (UPON REQUEST, AT TIME OF BOOKING). Babies/children are most welcome! Default setting is 1 King, and 1 Queen bed. Bed configuration will not be changed after check in, sorry. Carefully thought out, with lots of homey touches to ensure a very comfortable stay. Discounts apply for longer stays. No servicing is provided during stays; additional linen and all washing/cleaning facilities are provided (washing machine, washing powder, outdoor clothesline, indoor clothes rack, extra linen & towels, dish washer, dishwashing liquid/tablets iron, ironing board, mop, stick vacuum plus additional cleaning products). Guest access Entry via roller door and secure car space. Completely separate entry to apartment My car and entrance is next to yours, so there may be some interaction as we each come and go. Other things to note ** PLEASE NOTE: Completely self contained 2 bedroom apartment, attached to the larger home. Landlord lives upstairs - separately. Available for support/information if required. An unused/LOCKED door separates the two dwellings). You will have complete privacy** Reliable wifi, but no direct Ethernet connection; as modem is upstairs. Discounts apply for longer stays. PLEASE NOTE: Excessive use of utilities will incur a surcharge. 1 king bed can be split into two long singles if required. **Splitting of beds must be requested at time of booking - thank you** Apartment sleeps 2 couples or one couple and 2 singles). Please stipulate required bedding configuration when booking. 1 cat and one dog live on the property, but mainly kept indoors with landlord. The cat will occasionally come down for a nosey at you :-) The pup does bark from time to time, (sometimes first thing in the mornings) but not incessantly. She sleeps through the night. You will hear her doing “zoomies” from above from time to time. Unfortunately this means I can not accept guests with other pets - sorry.
