Wander down to the local estuary or beach waterfront within 3 minutes! Amazing cycle trails all around.. Enjoy one of many infamous Hawkes Bay wineries on your doorstep! Dine seaside in Napier after a day exploring New Zealand's Art Deco city! Havelock North, Hastings and Napier 15 minute’s drive away. The space The house is designed from the owners love of India and is set in a large flat section with the sun wrapping around giving you a choice of alfresco places to sit. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped and open plan. There are two bedrooms in the main house with a large bathroom complete with a bath. Open plan living and a separate study for reading or watching television. The third bedroom/garden room is detached from the main house, it has a King bed, a Single divan bed and an en suite bathroom. It also has a small kitchen bench with tea & coffee facilities and a bar fridge.
