Wifi and international television channels are included . The space I love being close to the sea at any time so the apartment is designed to be comfortable all year long. It is on the first floor of a three-floor building. On the ground floor there is an office that is only open during the day, while on the first and second floor there are only two apartments on each. The main door to the building has a lock and is only for access to the four apartments. Guest access The block of four apartments forms part of a small urbanization in the heart of Conil. There is a small garden area in the center, equipped with benches. Our building also has a rooftop terrace, with great views, used for drying clothes and, within reason, for sunbathing. Use at night is frowned upon. Other things to note The apartment is fully electric so it is not necessary to struggle with bottled gas as is often the case. There is also an optional parking space available for rent at a reasonable price, 7 euros/día. However, it is important to keep in mind that it was built in the 80s when larger cars were not as widely available, so larger off-road vehicles cannot be accommodated.
