We provide coffee beans for the coffee machine, tea, sugar and milk, along with a selection of pantry essentials including oils, vinegar, herbs and spices. Enjoy cooking in the beautiful kitchen, or step onto the expansive balcony and fire up the barbecue while taking in the spectacular water views. The main lounge features a generous, comfortable seating area beside a cosy gas fire. A second living area has powerful reverse-cycle heating and air conditioning, ensuring year-round comfort. When it is time to unwind, retreat to the separate TV room with its curved Samsung Smart TV. Enjoy complimentary Netflix, choose a film from our DVD collection, connect your own music via Bluetooth, or simply relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of your surroundings. 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms The home has three comfortable bedrooms: • Master bedroom with a king bed and beautiful water views • Second bedroom with a queen bed, water views and a private ensuite • Third bedroom with a queen bed overlooking the garden All beds are fitted with electric blankets, and each bedroom has heating during the cooler months. The beautifully renovated main bathroom includes a deep bath, separate shower, toilet and vanity. The ensuite includes a shower, toilet and vanity. We provide quality professionally laundered linen and towels, along with complimentary toiletries. Explore Sandy Bay Sandy Bay offers some wonderful local cafés, restaurants and food stores. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or coffee at nearby waterfront cafés, or dine while watching boats sail across the Derwent. Please Note The base nightly rate is for two guests. An additional guest fee applies to bookings of more than two guests. The property is also home to a separate, fully self-contained one-bedroom apartment located underneath the main house. It has its own private entrance, driveway and parking and is well sound-insulated by a concrete ceiling. If available, the apartment can also be booked separately and is listed as Moonrise View. Guest access Home is not suitable for children. Other things to note The home has keyless entry. You will be given the new code via email or text once the home is ready. Check in is from 3PM and checkout is before 10am. We are always available on the phone if you need to ask any questions. For safety reasons we have camera outside the front door. We want you to feel completely comfortable and at home during your stay. In return, we kindly ask that you respect our property and the surrounding neighbourhood. * No parties or gatherings are permitted. * Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours, between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. * Please help us conserve energy by turning off heaters and electric blankets when they are not in use or when leaving the property. * For security, please ensure all windows and doors are locked whenever you leave the property.
