Enjoy original artwork displayed in The East that is also available for purchase, just pay through Pay ID, Pay Pal or Bank Deposit. The space You'll have the entire apartment to yourself. I pride myself on having a quiet apartment, strictly "NO PARTIES" policy, and would appreciate all guests respecting that and respecting the neighbours rights to privacy and quiet. The East is a cute and cosy and partially renovated 60's 1 Bedroom apartment, that's perfect for 2 people. It's not a brand new apartment so please don't expect something that's fully renovated. (It's a work in progress. I plan on updating the apartment as I go). With your own kitchen you will be able to prepare and cook in this cosy space. I've tried to cover everything so you can cook a meal and have everything you need. - Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, utensils, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, chopping block and a few extra things you may need, like tea bags, coffee, sugar, oil, tea towels & paper hand towels. There is a laundry with a washing machine, a clothesline to hang out your clothes in the court yard, pegs provided, iron and ironing board. There is also a shared space courtyard with seating if you would like to enjoy having a coffee in the outdoor sunshine. The master bedroom offers a super comfortable brand new Queen size bed with brand new mattress and clean, fresh bedding. You'll also find a clothes hanger with some cane coat hangers for your convenience. An ensuite, (consisting of shower and vanity), with seperate W/C. - A hairdryer, sewing kit, first aid kit, some bathroom essentials, fresh towels and some cotton balls for those needing to remove makeup. Guest access You'll have your own under cover parking spot situated on the premises. Other things to note There is a self check in lockbox on the front door for your convenience. You'll also now have Chromecast so you enjoy the luxury of watching any streaming service which connects from your phone to Chromecast.
