Detached house with 2 rooms apartment
Detached house with 2 rooms apartment
Description
The apartment with a total of about 55m² is located in a detached house with its own entrance. It is located directly on the Lauffen city wall in the historic "Städtle". Very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. 1 bedroom, 1 living room, bathroom with bathtub and kitchen with cozy corner bench. The space The apartment is in a 100 year old house with partly low ceilings. Attention: nothing for adults from 190cm. Walls, floor and ceilings are sloping and original. Also the bed is only 190cm long. The apartment is partly renovated and partly still in its original condition. Heating is currently still with an old oil stove in the living room. There is a radiator in the kitchen. A radiant heater is installed in the bathroom for short-term heating. Recently, a new kitchen has been installed (stove, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer). In front of the house there is a cozy newly designed terrace with electric awning. We are happy to provide a charcoal barbecue. Special heating situation: Due to the special heating situation, the low insulation performance of the old walls and ceilings, the apartment is difficult to get warm in the cold season. We therefore rent the apartment from November to April on request only to guests after individual consultation and instruction on operation of the old oil stove. Guest access For the duration of your stay you will receive a house key. No one else lives in the house. There is a bicycle garage. Other things to note The apartment is pushed out for overnight stay for 4 people. Here is a detailed description of the sleeping situation: There is only one separate bedroom with a double bed 180x190cm. A pull-out sofa bed is located in the living area. The sofa bed is suitable for a normal sized person and a small person or for 2 children. For 2 adults, the sofa bed is a bit scarce. On request, we can also put an extra bed in the living room.
