A peaceful, private and perfect place for a romantic idyll for you, your family and friends. It is walking distance to Oneroa (15 minutes), Little Oneroa, Blackpool and Surfdale. You can walk to over ten cafes, bars and restaurants along with two wineries Mudbrick and Cable Bay via a beautiful track. It is the perfect retreat to hang out, watch the native birds and recharge your energy. You can see the Hauraki gulf and Blackpool bay from the deck and the bush provides privacy across the valley. The space Update: The ensuite bathroom and the bathroom adjacent to the kitchen have just been fully renovated. They have been designed by a local interior designer. The photos have been updated. Our house has an accommodating open plan layout which allows for entertaining and relaxation. It has gorgeous sea and bush views from the kitchen, living room, and dining area. There is unlimited ultrafast Wifi. We have a 65 inch Samsung smart TV with a surround sound system in the living room. There is a Yamaha stereo system with Jaco speakers. We have a JBL party box 1000 speaker for our guests to use in the garage. You can connect your phone to it using Bluetooth. In the garage we have a pool table, table tennis table, and bar. There is a large oval Springfree trampoline for the kids to enjoy in the backyard. On the deck there is a deluxe Grand Fire BBQ and a pizza oven. In the main living area and kitchen, there is a heat pump/aircon. Our kitchen is extremely well set up if you like to cook. The master bedroom has a super king bed. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. Each of them has a queen/king single bunk bed. There is also a double pullout couch in the garage. We can provide a portacot as well. As we only rent this when we go away, our personal items may be in the closets. We also store things under the house. We plan on renovating the kitchen in 2026. Unfortunately the spa pool isn’t included in the rental. Please enquire about an early check in or late checkout ahead of time. It may be possible with a fee, depending on our cleaners schedule. For four or more guests, our cleaning/linen fee is $250. For seven or more guests, the fee is $300. We do allow dogs upon request. There is a $50 fee per booking. We expect that your doggie is up to date with flea and worm treatments. Please don't let them on any of the furniture. Our beautiful home has glass ballistrades around the deck with gorgeous bush and sea views. We have mosquito screens throughout the majority of our home ( a must have!). As our house is in the beautiful bush, please accept that there will be endemic insects which are out of our control. It is a five minute taxi ride from the Matiatia Ferry Terminal. We have plenty of room for your cars in our driveway. This is NOT a party house. We expect that you will adhere to quiet time after 10 pm per the local rules and regulations. Guest access You will be able to access the entire house as it is all yours! Other things to note No smoking allowed inside the property or on the outdoor furniture. Please no vaping inside our house. Only guests booked at the property are able to stay at the property. Strictly NO partying. Keep the noise level down. The house is in a quiet residential area and guests must be respectful of the neighbours. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Please put all dishes/utensils in the dishwasher and put rubbish/recyclables in the appropriate bins. Arrival & Departure: The arrival and departure times must be adhered to unless pre-approved. There may be a charge for early check in and or late checkout.
