Casa St Llorenç de la Muga is a spacious, light & airy detached house with large private pool (approximately 11mx5m) , large fenced garden, covered terrace, sun terrace & charcoal BBQ. The house is situated just outside the medieval village of St Llorenç de la Muga within easy walking distance of the village shop, bars & restaurants. Figueres is a 20 minute drive, Perpingnan & Girona airports an hour by car.The Costa Brava beaches are about 30 minutes by car and Barcelona 1 hour by train. The space The house offers plenty of space for up to 10 people. The private pool is larger than many pools in rental properties and along with the garden is perfect for lazy summer days. The covered terrace is ideal for outside dining while the upstairs sun terrace is great for sunbathing. Downstairs is open plan with a large and well equipped kitchen, a large dining table and chairs plus a spacious lounge with 2 large 3 seater sofas . There is a flat screen TV with Spanish channels . There are 2 upstairs bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet. The house is situated on a quiet, private urbanization with access limited only to residents during the day. N.B The swimming pool is not enclosed, children should be supervised at all times. Guest access The whole house and garden excluding the garage Other things to note Check in is from 5pm until 10 pm, check out is between 7am and 10am, please contact me if you would like to check in or out outside of these times. On arrival guests are required to fill in the registration forms, pay the tourist tax and leave a 30€ deposit for each remote control for the pilon at the urbanization entrance. Check in is sometimes possible earlier than 5pm but that does depend on how clean previous guests leave the house. I always do my best to accommodate my guests but please be aware that often this is just not possible. Towels are provided but are not to be taken from the property please.
