The space Lounges des Hauts 2 It is a detached wooden maisonette, "Lounge" atmosphere, entirely built by your host, end of 2017. It offers an ideal location, at an altitude of 225 m, in the southwest of Reunion, in the municipality of Étang-Salé. The house, independent, not overlooked in a private property, located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, offers you a panoramic view, 180° of the sea and the mountain, from your bed and the entire accommodation. A beautiful large private terrace of 40 m2, furnished (1 table with 4 armchairs, 1 table with 4 bistro chairs, 2 deckchairs, also allows you to enjoy this exceptional panorama. (A barbecue is also available to guests). The maisonette, designed for 1 to 4 people, (more people: contact me) is composed of: * a main room (very comfortable 2-seater sofa bed), * a mezzanine (double bed), * an equipped kitchen. * a bathroom with toilet. No pets allowed, the interior is non-smoking, but it is possible to smoke on the terrace. 1 Parking space, and WIFI access, are available, free of charge. Shared washing machine (with the second accommodation). *Minimum 2-night booking* nightly/weekend/weekly/monthly rental 10/15 minutes from your accommodation, you will find: - 1 diving center, - the beach and golf course of Étang-Salé-les-Bains, - shops, restaurants, and the Etang-Salé forest (walks, jogging, fitness trail...), You can reach St Pierre or St Leu in 20 minutes, St Gilles les Bains and its lagoon in 30 minutes. It will take you 1 hour to get from the airport. The famous Piton de la Fournaise is accessible in 1.5 hours. The mountain and its walks are also close.(Mont Tévelave, Cilaos, Les Makes: tree climbing and its star observatory...) Diving friends, beginners or experienced: I am a Sea Guide, an independent diving instructor with more than 20 years of experience (Nice, West Indies, French Polynesia...) and I would be delighted to supervise you, and organize for you, your dives on all the sites of the west coast of Reunion. A second accommodation, meeting substantially the same criteria (1 to 4 people, 2 adults + 2 children maximum), is also available, if you are several traveling together. WARNING: the Mezzanine and the high terrace require the utmost vigilance in the supervision of young children, who remain under your full responsibility. (Children under 7 years old will not be able to stay alone under any circumstances.) Cleaning is not included during and at the end of the stay. If you don't want to do the cleaning on the day of your departure, you will be asked for an extra 30 euros. linens are provided (bed set, blankets, bath towels, tea towel, sponges...) beach sheets are not included. Guest access Guests have access to their home and have 1 dedicated parking space and access to a washing machine.
