This townhouse can comfortably accommodate 7 adults with generously sized bedrooms, living, dining and entertainment areas. Marina Views is not our residential home and does not come with a stocked pantry. The space The modern kitchen is fully equipped for all of your dining and entertainment needs. Upstairs living area includes water views, WiFi, DVD player and stereo. Large master bedroom with en-suite, walk-in robe and kitchenette. Master bedroom opens out to private veranda and plunge pool Upstairs bedrooms include built-in robes and rear balcony access. One upstairs bedroom includes a queen size bed while the other contains two king-single beds to accommodate for couples and singles. The bathroom upstairs contains a shower, vanity and storage only. The toilet is located in a separate room next to the bathroom. Timber decking balcony with outdoor setting and barbecue hot plate, overlooking marina and your own private plunge pool Double garage, fully air-conditioned and security access Located within a short driving distance to Darwin City, Convention Center, Wharf Precinct and Wave Pool and the regular local markets. Central location for staying within Darwin or for exploring the Top Ends National Parks and other tourist attractions. Our standard check in time is 2.00 pm and standard check out time is 10.00 am. Late check out or early check in is available only if it doesn't clash with other bookings. Early bag drop off will only occur if you have prearrange it with us. The house can accommodate for than 7 adults however additional charges will apply. Guest access When you stay at Marina Views you have access to the entire place. If you don't require to use all the rooms then it will be appreciate if you leave the rooms in a neat condition. The keys are located in a secure key box at the property. information for key box and code are provided to the guest 24-48 hrs prior check in. Other things to note Unlimited WiFi is provided. The property is not serviced during your stay. Essential items such as coffee, tea, sugar, hand wash, body wash, toilet paper are supplied in limited quantities and may run out during your stay. Restocking of these items will not occur during your stay.
