1/5 comfy and affordable room

One of our 6 brand new and spacious room at a good location near parks, shops and the university. The space We designed this place to really feel like a holiday but at an affordable price, not just another 'box' room. I live in the same building so I want my guest to feel as comfortable as me. If the house cleaner has forgotten to place anything even a teaspoon, please message us right away. We are just upstairs Guest access The building has 4 floors, but do not enter the 4th floor. The building requires a keycard for access Other things to note Local law requires guests to provide a photocopy your passport, visa, entry documents. Please take off your shoes when in the room. There are some bars in the area so you might hear music and chatter on some nights. Also, in the evening you can hear the music of the aerobic class across the lake. We encourage recycling, so separating your plastic /glass bottles is much appreciated.
