The space The Hillside Villa with Kitchenette + Balcony is very cozy and spacious and more than enough for three people. The bedroom has 2 beds is located on the first floor as you enter the Villa en-suite bathroom with hot shower, TV with cable programming, split-type air-conditioning. On the second floor is the kitchenette, dining area, living room leading to the balcony with an electric fan. Breakfast is excluded in the rate however, you are very much welcome to order simple Filipino breakfast meals in the main resort served with coffee/tea for only Php 200. Alternatively, you have your own kitchen which makes it super handy to prepare/cook your own meal. WiFi is decent most of the time suitable for browsing, sending emails. Only 5 - 8 minutes leisurely walk to Angol Beach, bars and restaurants. The closest grocery store is Boracay Mini Mart in station 3, budget mart on e-mall. 1.42 km to Bulabog Beach, 5.23 km Puka Shell Beach. There are four identical Villas in one compound, three of which are next to each other and one is a stand-alone Villa features minimalist rustic interior design mixed concrete and bamboo finish. Free luggage storage for early arrivals and late departure flights and ferries. Considering the location of the Villa, you might encounter flies, insects during the night. I encourage you to have repellent handy and flashlight or use your phone's flashlight for night time use. We have also friendly cats and dogs in the property. No PWD facility. IMPORTANT: Due to the damages we received of the recent Typhoon Ursula (Christmas 2019), there are small repairs within the vicinity from 10 AM-5 PM, we keep the noise at a minimal as much as possible.
