A booking may not exceed two weeks. The space Five bedroom, four bathroom, single level house exceeding 3000 square feet on a heavily wooded property remotely located across the street from the shores of Lake Guntersville. All bedrooms are newly carpeted, freshly painted and prepped with upscale linens. Living areas are large and open to comfortably seat sixteen people for relaxing and dining. A fully furnished terrace expands the length of the house and overlooks seating around a stone fire pit, as well as a beautiful hardwood forest. No neighborhood homes are visible from where the house is positioned. Guest access Guests access the property via a private concrete circular driveway, allowing for easy entrance and exit with ample parking. Indoors, guests have access to the entire house except for the garage. Outdoors, guests have access to the entire two and a half acre lot. As for accessibility into the house, guests are required to navigate three steps to the main back entrance and one low-rise step to the side-back entrance. Other things to note A cedar fish cleaning station, equipped with running water and electricity, is conveniently located at the rear of the house. A level, gravel parking area for boat trailers is provided beyond the fire pit.
