Eeach room is air conditioned, equipped with smart TV, free WiFi, safety box and electronic door lock. You will also find an electronic kettle, nespresso machine and a fridge with some complimentary items. If you happen to visit Dream Luxury Rooms during the winter, or if you just do not like your feet cold, each of our bathrooms is equipped with underfloor heating. Special part of this room is sea view (view on Bačvice beach). The space Dream Luxury Rooms are located right next to Bačvice beach awarded with FEE Blue Flag, near the center of Split. Rooms are situated in a historic building in a unique location just 5 minutes from the old city center, Diocletians palace. Rooms were completely renovated in 2017, and furnished in a modern way. Guest access It is possible to arrive by car to the entrance to the building. This unit is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible via stairs only. We will help with luggage. Other things to note There are excellent restaurants in radius of 200m and stores. Mini market is distance 150 m from the Rooms. From the Rooms, it's about 5 minute walk to the port with many shops and historic areas of interest and it's a 3 minute walk to a popular beach.
