This first floor apartment is in the heart of Bingham and has two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom with washer/dryer. Enjoy a full kitchen stocked with all necessities. The living room and bedrooms have smart TVs, but I apologize there is no local cable. WIFI throughout. This rental is ideal for extended stay guests. Weekly and monthly discounts are automatically applied at booking. The home is listed for sale. Extended stay guests may need to allow a showing with a 48 hour notice. The space You have the first floor to yourselves. The second-floor unit is also listed on Airbnb, so there may be guests above you. There is a shared entrance off the side porch. From there, this rental's private entrance is on the right. The second-floor guests go directly up a flight of stairs. Please know that although this rental is newly renovated, it is still an old building and unfortunately some things cannot be changed. The bedrooms have a shared closet and that is where the pipes that heat the bedrooms are located. So, to keep the bedrooms warm, you must sacrifice some privacy and either keep the bedroom door or the closet door open. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask prior to booking. Guest access When you arrive, you are welcome to park directly in front of the garage to unload. However, parking for this building is directly behind the garage. There is plenty of parking for a couple of trailers, please just let me know in advance. Other things to note A late check in is fine. However, please let me know in advance and I can let you know if people are staying above you. If you are not the only guests in the building, I ask that you try to keep the noise down after 9:30pm. If you are a rowdy group that stays up late, this may not be the best rental for you. I do have other rentals that may be a better fit.
