This beautiful small private and exclusive loft will charm you with its barn-style character, its unique mezzanine, its front and rear balcony, to contemplate the Brome countryside. By its perfect location for practicing a variety of sports, close to the ski resorts of Bromont (15 min), Sutton (12 min) and 5 min from Lac Brome, surrounded by the most beautiful roads in the region for cycling. Valley House is a cozy little nest for a romantic weekend. You will be charmed! The space This open-plan mezzanine loft, with a neat and comfortable design, is prepared to comfortably accommodate 2 people. 4 people is the maximum. 2 queen beds with an optimal design are superimposed on the mezzanine. So everyone has a semi-private room, but it's open plan. A unique and semi-steep miller ladder is therefore the only way to climb it. It is therefore an exclusive accommodation for people who want a unique experience. - Fully-equipped kitchen and dining area (espresso machine, fridge, oven and fan) - TV lounge area, rest and reading (Cable and Netflix) - Bathroom, compact, fully equipped, shower (fan) (no bath) - Parking Guest access - Please note that your reservation does not give you any access to the courtyard on the side of the main house where I live permanently. You can walk around the side of the loft and access your front and rear balconies, outdoors without worries. - No washer-dryer Other things to note ****New: Air conditioning installed May 2024**** - 2 nights minimum are required per stay - No parties allowed.
