Guest(s) at all times, will indemnify and hold harmless, Host from all losses, damages, liabilities and expenses, which may arise, including any injuries or damages to the person or property of Guest, or such other person, arising from the use or occupancy of this rental home, or consequent upon or arising from any acts, omissions, neglect or fault of Guest, its visitors, or invitees, or arising from Guest's failure to comply with any laws, statutes, ordinances, codes or regulations as required herein (including without limitation any present or future federal, state or local laws, rules, regulations or ordinances pertaining to hazardous substances, environmental concerns, and occupational safety and health requirements), unless caused solely by the gross negligence or willful misconduct, whether by omission or commission, of Owner/Host. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the home or others whom they invite to use the home.
