Enjoy your stay at the newly remodeled Aviation House! This private home offers 3 bedrooms with 2 king size beds, 1 queen bed and a guest air mattress. Great for a family or group of friends. The house is located in the central of Bentonville and steps from the new Osage Park and Lake Bentonville. You can bike from the house to Heritage Trail that will lead you down N. Walton, stop in-between to visit the popular Slaughter Pen Mountain Bike Trail. Our garage has been designed for the biker! The space Backyard: Large fenced in back yard with dining table, couch, chairs and a gas grill. Pets: Pets are welcome, we do try our best to provide a nice pet friendly stay for you and your guest so we do ask for a $50 pet fee. Our backyard also tends to stay a little wet so we have provided old towels in the garage for you to use to clean wet/ muddy pets with. We also would like if you would keep pets off furniture and bed linens to help keep a nice pet friendly home for our guest. Garage: Garage with bike storage to keep your bikes safe. Tandem bike for our guest to use during their stay. The garage can fit one small car. Extra guest: We have provided a queen blow up mattress with linens to accommodate 2 more guest at no extra charge. Guest access Entire home is yours to use.
