Located within easy walking distance to Main Street, downtown restaurants, and the High Springs Brewery. 10-20 Mins from the BEST springs and Santa Fe River 30 mins from Gainesville We are happy to share our home with you! High Springs is the heart of Springs country, and this house is in the heart of High Springs! * This is our family’s house part of the year. For allergy reasons we do not allow PETS. * The space Minimal but comfortable, block home with an 'old florida' feel. There are stairs to enter main building. Guest access Self check-in with automatic keypad lock. Fenced backyard. Hosts live nearby for assistance. Other things to note The High Springs House is a place where a small family or a few close friends can relax together after a day at the springs. To make hosting your trip possible, we have a few simple rules… PLEASE NOTE - BY BOOKING YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: - NO ANIMALS - We reside in this home part of the year. Due to allergies we absolutely can not have outside animals in the home. Thank you for understanding. (Please note: if there is evidence of or damage due to any animals we will issue a $200 cleaning/repair fee. If any animal is left alone in the house at any time whatsoever, we will issue a $200 fine in addition to canceling the reservation). - Four adults is our maximum occupancy. We do accept additional children and we can open our bunk bed room upon request for a fee (for up to 3 additional guests - please see listing photos) but we do not allow parties of more than four adults. - PARKING for MAXIMUM TWO (2) cars. No more than 2 cars may park on premises at any time. Let us know if you have any issue or questions about this policy with regards to visitors. Failure to comply with our house rules may result in a Resolution Claim. Your reservation can be terminated and you may asked to leave without compensation. Any guests who is asked to leave for breaking a house rule forfeits their right to make a public review. Thank you for your understanding!
