My place is a Victorian flat with high ceilings and wooden floors , it has a period flame effect cosy gas fire , positioned close to Little venice with amenities within 1 minutes walk . The area has some fantastic pubs and cafes and is within 15 minutes walk from Regents Park . You are close to the West End but positioned in a lovely residential part of London . The flat has 2 small balconies and is on the third floor . It has 2 king sized beds plus a sofa bed or a single fold out bed . The space This flat has high ceilings with cornicing and wooden floors throughout . Nobody is living there so there is no "clutter " . It has floor to ceiling curtains and gets a lot of sunlight . It has a fabulous flame effect victorian fire which is extremely cosy during the winter . There are two king sized beds in large double bedrooms plus a sofa bed and a fold out single bed if required . The local pubs and cafes are excellent and you are right next to Little Venice.
