Entire Upscale Guest Suite, Mountain Views

This private suite in our executive home is hard to beat! We are conveniently off of I-5, 7 miles from beautiful Shasta Lake and 12 minutes from the heart of Redding. A separate entrance and spiral staircase (see photos) lead to a second-story getaway with incredible mountain views! Our Tuscan Tudor style home sits on over three acres of land and is sure to leave you feeling rested and peaceful. Enjoy movies on the Roku TV, great wifi connection, and a kitchenette with all the basics! The space The warm and cozy yet clean and simple decor make for a welcoming place to land! Though listed as a private room, you’ll have over 1000 square feet of private space! The reading nooks, large living room and quaint kitchenette add to the charm of this beautiful space. A queen sized bed in the bedroom and a twin trundle in the great room make for ample space to sleep comfortably. Please note that in order to access the guest suite, you will have to climb a fairly narrow spiral staircase. There is a safety gate at the top in case you’re traveling with children, but we don’t want to spiral staircase to surprise you. We don’t advertise the space as being very kid friendly because of the staircase. Large luggage could also be difficult carry upstairs. Please see photos! Guest access Guest parking is to the right of the house. A quick walk down the driveway leads to main entrance of the home. The private guest suite entrance is directly to the left of the front door to our home. Please note that in order to access the guest suite, you will have to climb a fairly narrow spiral staircase. There is a safety gate at the top in case you’re traveling with children, but we don’t want to spiral staircase to surprise you. We don’t let our own children use the staircase as it could be dangerous. Large luggage could be difficult carry upstairs. Please see photos! Other things to note We live in the downstairs portion of the home, and the guest suite is upstairs. Though quiet, peaceful and private in the guest suite, we do have a family! So normal family noise is a part of life in our home. There’s a white noise machine in the bedroom if you need it, though we don’t expect you will. Please note that in order to access the guest suite, you will have to climb a fairly narrow spiral staircase. There is a safety gate at the top in case you’re traveling with children, but we don’t want to spiral staircase to surprise you. We OURSELVES don’t let our children go up and down the staircase.
